She is engaged in the research of teaching competencies and the competencies of principals. She researches the history of Croatian education. She conducts projects with students on didactic materials for children with disabilities and school ecology. She continuously researches Croatian teaching abroad, the achievement of the goals of the Croatian Teaching Abroad Curriculum and the needs of the diaspora within the education of their children. Promotes art projects.

Pedagogy is a science that deals with the research and analysis of the laws of education, while didactics is a branch of pedagogy that deals with the theory of the educational process; students acquire the knowledge necessary for the successful organization and realization of teaching and the application of educational procedures. Legal regulations in education train students for the application of legal regulations in educational institutions.
