Programme Funds for International Employee Mobility
The Academy of Fine Arts of the University of Zagreb provides program funds for the international mobility of employees with the aim of encouraging artistic, scientific and professional work and international cooperation.
The funds can be used for:

participation in international exhibitions, festivals, scientific and professional conferences, art residencies and other international events
-
international guest lectures, workshops and presentations of artistic, scientific and professional work.
Who can apply?
Employees of the Academy can apply for artistic-teaching, scientific-teaching, teaching, associate and professional positions, subject to the conditions specified in the Decision.
In the ranking, preference is given to candidates who have not used the funds for ALU mobility in the previous two years.
When are applications considered?
Applications can be submitted throughout the year.
The Expert Committee considers applications three times a year:

early October
-
at the beginning of February
-
end of June.
What can be financed?
The funds can be used for:
-
Transportation costs
-
accommodation costs
-
registration fees and accreditation for participation in the program.
What should be attached to the application?
The application must include:
-
description and plan of activities with a timetable
-
Name and description of the program
-
description of the program's contribution to the Academy
-
financial plan and cost specification
-
confirmation of participation or invitation letter
-
a statement on the absence of double funding.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Disbursement of funds
The appropriations are paid in two instalments: 70% before the start of the mobility and 30% after the mobility has been completed and the report has been submitted.
After the end of the mobility, the beneficiary is obliged to submit invoices for justification of costs, final report and other documentation prescribed by the Decision.
