What is the ALU Repository
The repository contains final and graduate theses of students of the Academy of Fine Arts, as well as doctoral theses of postgraduates and those based on artistic achievements. Depending on the author's decision, some are open to the public, and some only to employees and students of the Academy, who can view them with an AAI electronic identity login.

Submission of the final thesis for the ALU Repository
Final papers are submitted to the Library in digital and written form. The digital version should be sent to the head of the library before the written version is submitted: andjelka.dobrijevic.turina@alu.unizg.hr
The digital version of the paper must be complete, i.e. it must contain the text part and video or other types of contributions, if any, because the paper cannot be stored without text. Pictorial contributions should preferably be included in the text. If the paper contains more than 4-6 separate contributions that are not included in the text, the repository editor will select several representative ones.
The written part of the paper should be in pdf, and from other contributions, the repository supports the following formats: .pdf, .tif, .tiff, .png, .jpeg, .jpg, .zip, .csv, .tsv, .xslx, .docx, .pptx, .mov, .mp4, .mpeg, .mpg, .mxf, .wav

The academic community strongly advocates the public availability of the work, which also increases its visibility in the scientific and artistic environment. If you want access only for the Academy of Fine Arts, please mention it separately

The paper should have a cover with mandatory information. If your department or your mentor has not determined what the cover should look like, you can see a few samples at the following link.
Abstract and keywords
The abstract of the paper is not mandatory to be stored in the repository, but the keywords are. If you do not specify keywords, it will only write painting, sculpture or the like. It is recommended to write a few keywords in front of the text if you want the paper to be more visible in searches. An explanation for the best choice of keywords and writing an abstract, as well as for other elements of the final thesis, can be found in the document below.

Submission of graduate thesis for the Repository of the Academy of Fine Arts
Diploma theses are submitted in digital and written form to the Archive, colleague Ariana Novina: ariana.novina@alu.unizg.hr. As with the final thesis, it is mandatory to submit the complete work in digital form: the text part and the video or other type of attachment if any.
Preservation of works
Final and graduate theses in written form are available in the archives of the Academy. Doctoral theses are kept in the library. They can be viewed by all interested persons. Final, graduate and doctoral theses cannot be borrowed and taken out outside the archive or library.
