Access to information
The right of access to information and reuse of information is exercised in accordance with the Act on the Right of Access to Information (OG 25/13, 85/15, 69/22).
The aim of the Act is to enable and ensure the exercise of the right of citizens guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia to access information, as well as to the reuse of information by natural and legal persons through the openness and publicity of the activities of public authorities.

The Academy of Fine Arts is entitled to reimbursement of actual material costs incurred by providing information to the applicant, as well as to reimbursement of the costs of providing the requested information, in accordance with the Criteria for Determining the Amount of Reimbursement of Actual Material Costs and Costs of Providing Information (OG 12/14, 15/14, 141/22).
