He was born in 1988 in Pula. He holds a master's degree in animated film and new media from the Academy of Fine Arts, University of Zagreb. He is a member of the Croatian Society of Filmmakers. He is active in the field of animated film and illustration. He is the author of animated films, music videos, commissioned films, children's books, book covers and a number of publications on the domestic and foreign markets. As an assistant professor, he teaches at the Academy of Fine Arts, University of Zagreb, Department of Animated Film. He has received multiple awards for his work.

I declare that my research area is focused on animated film and the medium of animation as a broad and interdisciplinary field of interest. I pay special attention to computer-generated animation, with an emphasis on digital 2D and 3D animation and the exploration of visual narrative through tools for digital image design and animation possibilities within the digital environment.

In addition to animation and animated film, a significant part of my focus is also focused on illustration, especially on the exploration of visual communication, narrative creation and the development of personal expression. I study how one's own artistic handwriting can develop within a static image, but also how the nature of the animated medium enables the transformation and evolution of that expression through the movement and dynamics of visual storytelling. I am also interested in the boundaries between illustration and animation, their interpenetration, and the potential of digital technologies in shaping new expressive possibilities within these media.

The field of my teaching is animated film with a focus on computer animation, image processing and post-production, especially digital images, and the creation and processing of digital images and videos.

The subjects I teach are focused on learning, understanding and creating digital images, videos and animations, as well as acquiring competencies for independent performance.
