ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE
During three days in the Šira Gallery, lasting 11 hours, dance / visual artists and friends Antonia Dorbić, Marta Krešić, Danijela Renić and Lana Šprajcer, weave and unravel things, memories and ideas; about dance, life, love and friendship, cooperation, boredom and excess time.
Their presence and artistic work in the gallery subtly destabilize the status of the gallery space; they invert its function, orientation and materiality, and propose a new opportunity and situation for an encounter (of people and art).
Despite the continuous instability and change, re-organization of space, body and things, the choreographic material of this work is not in bodies or things, but in between, in the creative relationship of the artists.
Dolce far niente imagines creative relationship as material; it extends from the past and projects into the future, which is sensual, intimate and in the spirit of long, carefree days on a joint spring break.
You can move here, or settle in, stay or leave when and as often as you want. Maybe someone will find you someday, maybe even offer you a fruit.
