FROM THE PREFACE OF THE EXHIBITION
Reflection as a concept can be interpreted by the words reflection, mirroring, and reflection, and it also encompasses the idea of influencing or responding to something. It is present in different areas of life as a symbol of mutual reflection and connection. Holograms are the result of the reflection of light rays that reflect and interact with each other, creating complex patterns that are perceived by man as visible and invisible representations. Different mediums are used to allow light to create a specific image in our eye through reflection.
The idea of a group exhibition this year is guided by the emergence of reflection as a physical phenomenon that is constant and surrounds us everywhere. Each of our interactions with a person or object brings some reflection, just as light reflects from the surface and creates an image. It is human nature to connect and reflect through the environment, and our moves and the moves of the environment leave a trace that can be obvious or hidden.
Students of the Academy of Fine Arts and the Faculty of Graphic Arts of the University of Zagreb realized an exhibition called "Reflection" with their creative reflection, through the mixing of art and technical science, and the interweaving of different media.

The exhibition at the Šira Gallery can be viewed during the Gallery's working hours (Mon-Fri: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.) until May 30, 2025.
