Call for proposals for Erasmus+ Combined Intensive Programmes (BIP) 2026/2027
The University of Zagreb has announced a call for proposals for combined intensive programmes (BIP) within the Erasmus+ programme KA131, for mobilities in the period from 1 June 2026 to 30 June 2027.
Blended intensive programmes are short joint programmes that combine physical mobility abroad (5 to 30 days) with a mandatory virtual component, and bring students at least 3 ECTS credits. The condition for the organisation of the programme is the participation of at least 3 higher education institutions from 3 different European countries and at least 10 participants.
Participating students are entitled to a daily flat rate of €79 (up to 12 days of mobility + 2 days of travel), with travel costs according to the distance. Participants with fewer opportunities receive an additional €100 of support. The total available funds amount to up to €237,500 for student mobility and €50,000 for staff mobility.
Applications are submitted on a first-come, first-served basis, and the competition is open until March 5, 2027 or until the funds are used up. The application is submitted by the constituent, not by the individual – students and staff are selected by the constituent unit through an internal competition. The documentation is submitted to the address erasmus.bip@unizg.hr, at least 3 months before the start of the program.
