Call for short mobility of doctoral students within Erasmus+ 2026/2027
The University of Zagreb has announced a call for proposals for short mobility of doctoral students within the Erasmus+ program KA131, for mobilities in the period from June 15, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
All enrolled doctoral students of the University of Zagreb have the right to apply. Mobility lasts from 5 to 30 days and can be realized as a study stay at a partner university, professional practice in a company or institution, or a combination of physical and virtual mobility. Participation exclusively in conferences is not an eligible activity.
The financial support amounts to 79 euros per day for the first 14 days, or 56 euros per day from the 15th to the 30th day, with a one-time contribution to travel costs. Increased support is provided for the use of sustainable transport (train, bus, carpooling). Students with fewer opportunities are entitled to an additional 100 or 150 euros depending on the length of their stay. The total budget of the competition is up to 50,000 euros, for about 40 mobilities.
Applications are submitted online by September 30, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., according to the "first come, first served" principle. The form must be accompanied by a certificate of enrollment, consent of the home faculty, acceptance letter from the receiving institution and proof of knowledge of the working language (B2 for study stay, B1 for internship).
