Call for applications for academic mobility in 2027 (first round)

The University of Zagreb has announced the first round of the Call for Academic Mobility in 2027. The call is published at the link.

The link to the online application system is included in the text of the Competition. The deadline for applications is Wednesday, November 11, 2026, until 12 noon.

From this year, applications are submitted exclusively through the online application system. The application does not need to be printed, signed, or sent/submitted to the Registry Office of the Academy of Fine Arts.

In the first phase of the evaluation carried out at the Academy of Fine Arts, the following criteria will be used:

for item "a)" shall be given priority in the selection of

1. applications from candidates who have not won a mobility scholarship under the Academic Mobility Competition or the Erasmus+ programme (KA131 and KA171) for the academic year 2024/25, 2025/26 or 2026/27;
2. applications related to teaching at a foreign institution;
3. applications according to the equal representation of departments and chairs of the Academy of Fine Arts;
4. applications of candidates in a higher rank;
5. applications in the order in which the application is received.

for item "b)" shall have priority in the selection of

1. applications from candidates who have not won a mobility grant under the Call for Academic Mobility or under the Erasmus+ programme (KA131 and KA171) for the academic year for the academic year 2024/25, 2025/26 or 2026/27;
2. applications related to teaching at a foreign institution;
3. applications according to the equal representation of departments and chairs of the Academy of Fine Arts;
4. applications of candidates in a higher rank;
5. applications in the order in which the application is received.

for item "c)" shall have priority in the selection of

1. applications of doctoral students who are employees of the Academy;
2. applications in the order in which the application is received.
