The entrance to the park park of the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb is framed by a representative masonry fence with wrought iron gates and profiles, which was designed and executed in 1925. The design for the fence was made by the authorized builder Jaroslav Albert, who, together with Milan Pollak and Julije Bornstein, was a partner in the famous Zagreb construction company Pollak - Albert - Bornstein.

The fence on the Ilica side defines the entrance to the main building of the Academy of Fine Arts (Ilica 85) and the building of Slava Raškaj (Ilica 83), which will be used by the academy for its programs from this academic year. The fence was completely renovated in 2006 with minor changes.
